The Committee on Energy moved to amend the enacting section to read as follows:

“That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new article, designated §22-6C-1, §22-6C-2, §22-6C-3, §22-6C-4, §22-6C-5, §22-6C-6 and §22-6C-7, all to read as follows:”
